The Pansol House.

Our biggest project so far in Laguna area, this home was originally designed as a resort, but after finalizing the details, our clients decided they will live here for good.

This house features a facade with our signature "raw concrete" finish highlighted by floating sunbreakers in-front instead of typical canopies, our first introduction of this concept. The architect used the Japanese principle of "kanso", which means simplicity or elimination of clutter, to achieve calmness and better air flow inside this massive building. The house has 5 bedrooms and 5 toilet and baths (still excluding the maid's quarter and outdoor shower), a high ceiling living room, a rustic-concept kitchen, a 2-car garage, a basketball court convertible to parking, a roof deck with 360 degree view, and a hot-spring swimming pool. It's like everyday is a vacation living in this minimalist home in Pansol.
