Villarico
House

Inspired by Japanese minimalist houses, this project features a precast raw concrete finish exterior which is very evident in modern architecture of Japan. This house is the perfect representation of our deep love for minimalism, and we are very lucky to be working with the owners who happen to love minimalist architecture as well.

Highlighted with a big glass window on the facade for more natural lighting, and to compensate the small windows of the house. The guests will also be welcomed with high ceiling living area for that bigger feel without compromising important spaces. The interior is finished with our signature raw concrete, wood and steel combination, giving it an industrial yet cozy feel.
