Designed in a small lot in Lucena City, Quezon. The initial challenge is to squeeze in the spaces desired by the clients without compromising the minimum setbacks for natural lighting and ventilation. Every inch of this house serves a purpose. Maximizing the limited spaces but still achieving a design character that makes it stand out in the entire community.
